| She received Engineering Diploma on Inland Hydrology (1st class of Honor) in 1993. Then she received Master Degree in Hydrology and Environment in 1996 and Master Degree in Coastal Engineering in 2003, respectively. In 2018, she achieved Doctorate Degree in Flood Risk Management in Kyoto University, Japan. She is now working as a senior lecturer cum head of International Cooperation Department at Thuyloi University. From 1997 up to now she has a lot of experiences working for international projects with different positions such as team member, senior consultant, team leader, project coordinator, environmental specialist and disaster management specialist. | |
