Jeoffrey Lloyd R. Bareng is a Full Professor at Isabela State University teaching courses on Irrigation and Drainage, Hydrology, Soil and Water Conservation and Management, and Erosion Modeling. He finished his BSc Agricultural Engineering degree at Isabela State University in 2002 and in the same year landed the 3rd place in the Licensure Examination; Finished his MSc degree in Agricultural Engineering major in Soil and Water Resources Management at the Isabela State University in 2009; he earned his PhD degree in Agricultural Engineering major in Soil and Water Resources Management from Central Luzon State University in Munoz, Nueva Ecija in June 2019. He is presently the Center Director of the Water Research and Development Center (WReDC) for the Cagayan Valley region and Campus Director for the Research and Development Department of Isabela State University main campus at Echague.
